Application Procedure
Because the college awards the funds, students must apply for need-based aid
by filing a Free Application for Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA). Students should also check with the college financial
aid office to see if any additional forms are required in addition to the
FAFSA. Since the college financial aid office determines awards, they are
typically packaged with other types of assistance. The campus award letter,
sent by the college, is the means by which students are notified regarding
program eligibility.
When funds are insufficient to meet the needs of all eligible applicants, the college will target available funds to students with the greatest financial need.
